    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the delivery date. You can return the device for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in the same condition as received.

    How fast is shipping?

    We pride ourselves on fast delivery across Albania. Orders shipped to Tirana are typically delivered within 1 to 2 working days. For the rest of Albania, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days.

    What's the returns policy?
